On December 17, 2008. I suffered a stroke at the age of 45. Physically and mentally I was great -it was my speech that was affected by the stroke. As a healthy food research chef I am familiar with homeopathic remedies and alternative medicine (including Chinese herbs) as they are used and recommended to aid in \u201chealing.\u201d\u00a0 Before my stroke I had never had reason to try alternative medicine.
