We are pleased to share a joint statement from Moleac Pte. Ltd. and PT Prima Medika Laboratories (PML).
“To whom it may concern,
PML would like to announce that as of 1 August 2024, the production, marketing and commercialization of Nutrimore Neuropar have been discontinued for good. This decision is the result of an amicable and mutual agreement between Moleac and PML in relation to the alleged violation of Moleac’s IP rights by PML.
This statement is not an admission of liability by either party.”
