This month of May, we are pleased to share with you the testimony of Mrs. Nukhet Demirtas from the United States. Her husband suffered a stroke in December 2023 due to an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), and had severe impaired consciousness (Glasgow coma score of 3 to 8).
Nukhet details her husband’s significant improvement after 3 months of NeuroAiD combined with his rigorous therapies.

Firstly, thank you for your assistance and follow-up during our difficult times. My husband had an unexpected haemorrhagic stroke on 13 December 2023 due to an AVM in his brain. I say that this was unexpected because he is young (38 years old) and healthy, always on a balanced diet and goes to the gym every day.
When he was admitted to the hospital, I was told he was in very critical condition with Glasgow coma score of 3-8, meaning severe impairment, and even if he pulled through, he was expected to have some post-stroke deficits. Miraculously, he woke up from his coma after 10 days with no physical deficits. He was able to walk and eat by himself in a couple of days.

However, he had severe confusion, disorientation, poor concentration, short-term memory issues and severe insomnia. He couldn’t even remember what he ate after a minute. As of 15 January 2024, he started to take NeuroAiD, along with speech, occupational and physical therapies. His confusion was resolved by the end of January, and short-term memory issues were resolved by March.
A follow-up angiogram was performed on 15 April 2024 and we were told that he had fully recovered with no residuals nor any scar tissue in his brain.
We are very happy and grateful, and we believe NeuroAiD definitely helped him to recover his cognitive abilities back to normal.
